본 Terms of Service은 JOVE(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 온라인 스토어(이하 "사이트")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 사이트를 이용하시는 것은 본 약관에 동의하신 것으로 간주됩니다.

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between JOVE and its users regarding the services provided.

Article 2 — Definitions

• "Site" refers to jovethescent.com and related domains operated by JOVE.
• "User" refers to members and non-members who access and use the site.
• "Products" refers to fragrances and related items sold through the site.

Article 3 — Orders & Payment

• Orders are placed through the site. A confirmation email is sent upon completion.
• Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and digital wallets.
• Orders not paid within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.

Article 4 — Exchanges & Returns

• Unopened products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Due to the nature of fragrances, opened products cannot be exchanged or returned.
• For defective products, please contact us within 7 days at info@jovethescent.com.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for change of mind, or by JOVE for defective products.

Article 5 — Intellectual Property

All content on the site is protected intellectual property of JOVE. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.

Article 6 — Limitation of Liability

JOVE is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure. We are also not responsible for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities to products.

Article 7 — Changes to Terms

JOVE may modify these terms within the bounds of applicable law. Changes will be posted on the site at least 7 days before taking effect.
